Speedy deletion nomination of Naďa Profantová

[edit]

Hello BrainyBibliophile,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Naďa Profantová for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Maruko Bridge moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Maruko Bridge. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and it isn't formatted well. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. I dream of horses (Hoofprints) (Neigh at me) 01:58, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Michael Pardue requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Notice

The article New South Wales borders has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Absurd AI-generated pseudo-split from New South Wales, subject is non-notable.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Information icon Hello, I'm Flounder fillet. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Lytham St Annes Express, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Flounder fillet (talk) 18:01, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Embrace Relief, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

CycloneYoris talk! 20:21, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I contest the speedy deletion of the Embrace Relief article. While the initial draft may have leaned towards promotional language, I am actively working to revise it to meet Wikipedia's encyclopedic standards. I intend to:
Remove any remaining promotional tone: I will ensure the article is neutral and objective, focusing on factual information about Embrace Relief's history, activities, and impact.
Expand on the organization's background: I will provide more context about Embrace Relief's origins and its connection to the Hizmet Movement, including information about the recent passing of Fethullah Gülen.
Add more citations to reliable sources: I will support all claims with verifiable references, strengthening the article's credibility and neutrality.
I believe Embrace Relief is a notable organization with a significant global impact, and with some revisions, this article can be a valuable addition to Wikipedia. BrainyBibliophile (talk) 20:52, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon

Hello BrainyBibliophile. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Embrace Relief, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:BrainyBibliophile. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=BrainyBibliophile|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. CycloneYoris talk! 21:50, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
