Signing posts
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. – Fayenatic London 22:21, 23 May 2021 (UTC)

Central Inland Water Transport Corporation v Brojo Nath Ganguly moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Central Inland Water Transport Corporation v Brojo Nath Ganguly, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. - Hello, I understand your concern, but there are several articles about Commonwealth case law which use a single source, usually the Legal Information Institute judgment record. For example, see Supreme Court of Canada decisions in Amax Potash Ltd v Saskatchewan and Apotex Inc v Wellcome Foundation Ltd. LIIs are part of Free Access to Law Movement and are maintained by lawyers and academics from many common law countries. The LII in the article at hand is maintained by Australasian Legal Information Institute as well as National Law Universities of India. I understand that there is only source for the article, but if Canadian case law articles are allowed with a single source from CanLII, I don't see why the article at hand is being considered inadequately cited. I request you to please reconsider your decision. Thanks for your time! Boselaphus (talk) 19:41, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
