- No, I am simply a resident of State College. I am a journalism student at Pennsylvania State University, which is partly in the Borough of State College. So, when looking to try my hand at writing a piece of journalism for this medium, I used State College as a username. 2021 is the year in which I met my significant other, so I often put that at the end of my usernames.
