Checking your new article, Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology, I tried a google search for some of its text, "provides earth-science education and in-service teacher training and continuing education for professional geoscientists" and "provides special services in the field of analytical geochemistry and assay standards, mineral and rock identification".
While there was no match, Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology was ranked high in the results for both chunks. I can see you're paying attention to the notices you were given and trying to avoid copyright infringement, I'd just encourage you to keep it in mind.
Also, there's no need to bold the name of the bureau and restate its acronym every time it's used, just once at the start is enough.

Hi Ninjidiannaa;
Articles printed for public view and referenced like those posted to the world wide web are for public view and use. This is the difference between internet (public) and intranet (private). When one uses an article and posts facts shared by the author, then credit belongs to the author. One can subscribe to services like JSTOR and by doing so, have free range of thousands of documents. The only caveat is that authors should be cited / referenced for their work. (which I have complied with) When facts or opinions discovered by the author are referenced, then appropriate and common sense citations universally accepted in the world of research can move forward. Millions of research papers are written with this premise, unless it's a personal interview which obviously requires permission from the author. Authors of articles use a term known as PUBLISHING, it's a term that takes works and makes it available to the masses, folk like you and I to read, reference and cite.
An example would be if one were to write a research paper on Einsteins Theories. Hardly is it appropriate for one to personally contact Einstein and ask for permission, as he is no longer living, nor is it necessary to ask for those who manage his estate. What I did do and what 90% of all Wikipedians do, is to use documents and resources that are already published for public viewing, then cite the source. Siting the source is not the same and receiving personal permission from the author. If you are in fact inferring that ALL articles written in Wikipedia using facts fall under permission than everyone citing facts need personal permission from the authors. Wikipedia then needs to publish all the written permission letters as well as all the citations. There is a difference between citation of fact, and plagiarism. To read an article, uncover facts, cite the facts in ones own words then cite / reference the fact, is not a Copy Right Violation. Your accusation is (completely unreasonable). If however you absolutely feel you are accurate, them, please follow your prescription below to the editors of the article.
The Editors of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have not received permission from maroni, Jesus Christ, nor Alma, to post their thoughts, opinions and works. Perhaps it's time that the editors go back and get full written permission from these individuals to cite their thoughts and opinions, otherwise under you argument, It's all infringement and a violation of Wikipedia. This seems to be what you are suggesting and perhaps we need to open your thoughts to ALL of wikipedia for their input?
If the Article is CLOSED to editing, please state it as such, if you are deliberately blocking editing of Wikipedia articles because of your close personal ties to the subject, you are in violation of Wikipedia policy. Otherwise it's unclear as to what you are suggesting. If it's that latter, then, perhaps one needs to become familiar with the mission statement of Wikipedia. Please help keep Wikipedia an open source of information based on facts, not emotions.

Under the terms of the Berne Convention, literary works are subject to copyright whether they are tagged as such or not. No registration is required, and no copyright notice is required. So please always assume that all material you find online is copyright. All content you add to this wiki needs to be written in your own words. Exceptions include works of the US Government and material specifically released under license. Even then, proper attribution is required. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
