You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia. --Arcadian 16:56, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Mbbsbasic requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ~Matticus UC 10:17, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

Mnemonics
[edit]I have removed the mnemonics you added on Horner's syndrome and citric acid cycle. These may be useful for medical students, but have extremely little added value for the general reader, are often rather blue (as evidenced by your Horner's mnemonic) and suffer badly from verifiability problems.
I notice some of your previous edits have involved adding unsuitable external links, and you have been blocked before. I'm quite happy adopting you and guiding you around the intricacies of Wikipedia. Please let me know if you're interested. JFW | T@lk 12:52, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

- Today I came across a very useful (if longish) essay by fellow editor WLU (talk · contribs). It gives a pretty good outline of the experience of starting to contribute to Wikipedia. The full text is at User:WLU/Generic sandbox. It's a "warts & all" account of what may happen.
- Drop me a message anytime if you need a hand. JFW | T@lk 00:07, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
