- I'm not sure whether an admin will agree with the speedy deletion criteria I applied, but my point was this: The article you created doesn't tell us what the Laois Under 21 Hurling Championship is. All it gives are a few cryptic highlights, in language only insiders will understand, from just one year's championship, like a five-line article at the bottom of page 3 in the sports section of a newspaper. See WP:NOTNEWS: it's important for Wikipedia articles to read as encyclopedic reference style articles. They aren't for reporting news summaries.
- If you want to pursue creation of this article, consider creating it as a draft article, perhaps following the guidance in the Article Wizard, and having it reviewed before it goes into the live article space. Also, see if you can find evidence that this championship meets Wikipedia's notability criteria for inclusion of an article.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
