Speedy deletion nomination of DaddyOFive
[edit]A tag has been placed on DaddyOFive, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It is an "attack page", and appears to be primarily intended to disparage or threaten its subject. This includes biographies of living people that are unsourced and entirely negative in tone. (See section G10 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks; attack pages and files are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Sorry that my creation of the page was badly done. It was my first page-creation.
It was written in a disparaging tone. Sorry about that.
At what point does a topic become important enough to have a Wikipedia article? I thought that it was a reasonable topic for a page to be created as it is currently spreading quite a bit, now on the Daily Mail, BBC, FOX, New York Post, Mirror, and many others. BananaBaron (talk) 01:38, 19 April 2017 (UTC)
- Hello. Article topics have to meet the notability guidelines. For biographical articles, the applicable guidelines are at WP:GNG and WP:BIO.
- For biographies of living persons, content needs to conform to WP:BLP. Negative information must be supported by citations of reliable sources. Keep in mind that whether writing positive or negative information, the material needs to be presented with a neutral tone. Largoplazo (talk) 01:50, 19 April 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Amber Turd
[edit]Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as Amber Turd, is considered vandalism and is prohibited. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. (CC) Tbhotch™ 17:36, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
I did not mean for this article to be seen as “vandalism”. Recent news has been released that people are referring to Amber Heard as “Amber Turd” online due to comments made during the Depp v. Heard trial.
This was a redirect to the Amber Heard article for that reason.

Standard ArbCom Discretionary Sanctions notice
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in gender-related disputes or controversies or in people associated with them. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}}
on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

[edit]Hello, I'm Suonii180. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Will Poulter, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Suonii180 (talk) 22:07, 4 September 2022 (UTC)
- I have fixed that and added a link to a source. BananaBaron (talk) 22:12, 4 September 2022 (UTC)

[edit]I apologize for disagreeing with you on the inclusion of the Tarn quote, but your latest addition is clearly unhelpful. I am not opposed to including a quote of that nature, I just don't think Tarn's view thereof deserves a special placement. It would help if you could find a more modern source. Cheers.
