A couple format issues that need fixing before we move forward:

Do not bold anything except the first use of his name, it's excessive

You must present your sources as footnotes, not just list them at the bottom. See WP:Referencing for beginners for how to fix the footnotes.

Absolutely do not link to outside websites within the body of the article. Footnotes can link outside, the External Links section can link outside, but you absolutely cannot, for example link the word "Shazam" to the Shazam app website. This is not a blog where you can refer people hither and yon, our standards require that any blue links within the main article body be to other Wikipedia pages.

That aside, I fixed the layout of your photo and infobox, and overall you're putting in some good effort to addressing each needed fix as it's mentioned to you. As long as you keep working with the process, we can keep improving the article, so don't get discouraged by Declines. If Jomaa meets the requirements of WP:Notability (people), then he can have an article and we're happy to help you work towards that step-by-step.
