El Salvador populations

[edit]

Following up on your edit to San Salvador, if you have a source for recent population figures for cities in El Salvador, would you mind updating List of cities in El Salvador and citing the source? Though the numbers have been updated since then, the article has been tagged as unreferenced since 2014. Largoplazo (talk) 23:28, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Largoplazo: I saw your message and it made me go down quite a rabbit hole of hopelessly outdated and contradictory information. I eventually settled on using this Statista page to verify the populations of the top 11 cities. The other 251? We'll have to wait for the 2024 census to drop. 🤷‍♂️ PizzaKing13 (¡Hablame!) 🍕👑 01:52, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
May I ask when the next census is? I'm trying to search it up but it just says 2024. Help me out and of course, once the results are out, i'd be more than happy to update the list. AndrewSan12 (talk) 20:03, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm PizzaKing13. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, El Salvador, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. PizzaKing13 (¡Hablame!) 🍕👑 01:12, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
