The above message was overly harsh, in my view. The article in question (now deleted by another administrator) referred to a fictional carnival in The Carnivorous Carnival. An article created by a new user with reference to places and people using the term "freak" is an attack page as far as I'm concerned. Hoax. Unreferenced. 0.3 people can't be Hispanic. Exports and imports dubious.
