Can you help me by explaining where the peacock terms are and how to avoid them? I tried to follow the instructions given to me in the Help Desk by expanding the coverage, removing the promotional tone and providing some more personal and biographic notes.

Should I remove the personal section?

The comment the reviewer left was: I have run this article passed several New Page Patrollers whom I sought advice from. They have confirmed my thoughts the subject of this article is insufficiently notable for inclusion. My reasons for declining this article are:

Individual does not have significant coverage beyond that of a routine nature. The individual is cited in some reliable for their work as a CEO, however this is routine news. Coverage needs to be in-depth and focused on an individual. The coverage mostly stems only from the subjects work at Jeep and this is insufficient for a standalone article.
Notability from the company Jeep cannot be inherited
While this article is now neutral, the highly promotional language used plus the fact this article comes from a brand new account who has spend considerable effort trying to get this article and only this article approved, leads us to suspect the article was likely created by someone with an undisclosed conflict of interest, which if true, is in violation of Wikipedia terms of service.
While I assume good faith in terms of the author, this article specifically is not appropriate for inclusion.
