- @SafariScribe
- I totally agree with you about Wayo (song). I've been trying to read through it, but the language is really struggling to convey the message. It's missing full stops and the sentences are all running into each other - it's a bit of a jumbled mess! I think we need to get in there and do some serious tidying up to make it readable. 2RDD (talk) 08:56, 26 June 2024 (UTC)
- All I see in you is anger. If I could recall about Wikipedia's rules, anyone can edit almost every pages, just go ahead and fix any errors you see than to take it personal 75DD (talk) 09:02, 26 June 2024 (UTC)
- @75DD: Bro this name is similar. Change it cuz it's very Similar to avoid conflict. 😒 2RDD (talk) 14:22, 26 June 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm TechnoSquirrel69. I noticed that you recently removed content from Wo Wo (Minz song) without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 22:11, 13 June 2024 (UTC)

Your email
[edit]Hi 75DD, I got your email stating you have question but prefer discussion to be on-wiki so you can ask here or on my talk page. S0091 (talk) 15:38, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- Welcome S0091. Please can you suggest edits on this article Draft:Minz(musician) DD57 15:42, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- As the reviewer stated, many of the sources are not reliable. For example Culture Custodian takes user submissions and none of the articles have a by-line with an named author; they are simply "editorial staff" so I suggest removing those. Same for Guardian Nigeria. Some of the sources are interviews which are primary sources and not independent so cannot be used to establish notability. They can be used but sparingly. If no better sources exist then an article is not possible, at least at this time (see WP:TOOSOON and you may find WP:Before they were notable interesting). S0091 (talk) 16:03, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- Ok..... I understand, Culture Custodian ain't reliable. And that reminds me, The Native isn't on the list WP:NGRS, I think that's is a reliable source!? When you've time you can check that. But please I still need your edit please DD57 16:16, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- I was just looking at The Native and I'd say no. On the About us page they describe themselves as a "cross-platform brand" rather than a journalistic endeavor and their Terms of use and Privacy Policy pages are latin gibberish (see Lorem ipsum) so I can't take them seriously. In addition, looking at their reviews I don't see single tepid or negative one which suggests they exist to promote musicians rather than as an independent critic, which they pretty much state on their About us page, "The NATIVE aims to IDENTIFY, ANALYSE AND CHAMPION the new culture." They might be fine to use for basic facts but I wouldn't count them towards notability. Of course, this is just my opinion. Others may disagree. S0091 (talk) 16:30, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- Omo!! You are an expert, I mean you've known everything, Kudos. DD57 16:35, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- Oh no! I do not know everything...not anywhere close and I am certainly wrong sometimes. Nigerian sources are tricky because even the better sources like Guardian NG do paid placements without disclosure, very much like WP:NEWSORGINDIA.
- I think it's great that you are asking questions. I also suggest reading AfDs as you get a more broad take on other experienced editor's opinions and even some of the most experienced (which does not include me...I'm barely out of diapers from a Wikipedia perspective lol) disagree at times. - As we grow, we learn. thanks and have a nice day. DD57 17:59, 28 June 2024 (UTC)

I have sent you a note about a page you started
[edit]Hi 75DD. Thank you for your work on Nord Automobile Limited. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
Thanks for creating this new article, referenced from a range of sources. It will be interesting to see whether this company survives a competitive international market with a local brand! For future articles it might help to review the WP:MOS regarding heading levels and the use of bold.
To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}

Blocked as a sockpuppet
[edit]Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:
- Hello @Girth Summit, my account was blocked by you concerning an article OGB Recent. The problem is, before I started that article, I searched it as Ogb Recent instead of OGB Recent, to see if it was previously deleted but I didn't see any because i searched it as Ogb Recent. It was after I moved the article to main space then someone moved the page from Ogb Recent to OGB Recent and reported me to the block admin, that was when I noticed it was previously deleted and I also noticed it through the New Page. And then I went to the block admin @Bbb23, to report what really happened and requested for permission to keep or delete the article. DD57 12:10, 25 July 2024 (UTC) DD57 12:54, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
Decline reason:
This does not address the concerns raised at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/UniBrill. Yamla (talk) 13:27, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Please @Girth Summit contemplate your actions. DD57 12:31, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
- The instructions for appealing your block are at WP:GAB. I will observe that I don't understand why a new editor would be searching to see whether a title had been previously deleted before starting work on a new article, but you can discuss that with the admin who reviews your unblock request. Girth Summit (blether) 12:35, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
- Yes because 80% percent of editors do that, I mean you don't want to write an article finish and you later discovered that there's already an existing one. Trust me it hurts so bad. And during that process it's easy to know if it was deleted before. DD57 12:42, 25 July 2024 (UTC)

Accused being a sockpuppet
[edit]Hello @Bbb23, sorry to bother you again. I've been around the Corner for long waiting for @Girth Summit to be back here but he has not. Please @Bbb23, I swear I don't know that account they accused me of being sockpuppet to. I confessed to you how it really happened and wanting to request for the article being deleted if that would pay for my mistake. Please when you've time you can investigate it. Thanks.
