it should have been accepted initially. Please excuse the earlier incompetent reviewer, who did not realize that the requirement for inline sources applies only to living people.

But when there is a corresponding article in the Russian encyclopedia, please add a link to it at the bottom, in the following format: [[ru:Мусин-Пушкин, Валентин Платонович]]

And when the article is translated from the ruWP, even if you modify it , as you did here, please indicate this in the edit summary. It's necessary for us to maintain the chain of attribution.
