- My edit is based on research evidence and articles (which were already cited as 12, 13, 14 below). It is not a mistake.
- I intend to add "promote excessive camouflaging" here: "ABA is considered controversial by many within the autism neurodiversity movement[11] due to its history of the use of aversives and a perception that ABA interventions emphasize normalization [and promote excessive camouflaging - what I intend to add] [12] [13] [14]" 42.2.235.119 (talk) 08:17, 5 August 2022 (UTC)
