December 2020

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Herbfur. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, iPhone SE (1st generation), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. iOS 15 hasn't even been announced yet so it's improper to speculate on which devices it will support. Please see WP:V, WP:NOR, and WP:CRYSTAL. Herbfur (talk) 16:36, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I did cite a source, but not in the infobox 21C117 (talk) 16:43, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please provide the source here so I can take a look? Herbfur (talk) 16:43, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

https://www.ios14beta.com/ios-15-supported-devices 21C117 (talk) 16:49, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It does not explicitly state that the iPhone SE will be unsupported it is not in the list and nor are the 6s’s so it’s an educated assumption 21C117 (talk) 16:50, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Per WP:V and WP:SPS, the source you cited is not reliable. The website doesn't look like an editorialized news source and it itself does not cite any details on where they're getting this information. There's absolutely no way anyone can now know for certain what devices iOS 15 will support, because Apple hasn't announced it yet. Anything in the meantime is speculation (WP:CRYSTAL) and doesn't belong on Wikipedia. Herbfur (talk) 16:58, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, thanks 21C117 (talk) 17:01, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hopefully I won’t be beaten to the punch when it is announced 21C117 (talk) 17:02, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Mortehoe and Woolacombe railway station. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. SK2242 (talk) 13:56, 16 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Non-notable, fails WP:GNG

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

DoubleGrazing (talk) 18:57, 14 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, you can delete it, I am fine with that, of course what I say means nothing to you, also why would someone other than the creator Edit an article with no hope, I ask you, why, yes I am fine with this deletion, but please do answer my question 21C117 (talk) 20:10, 14 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Forches estate moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Forches estate, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
