Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited I Am a Singer (season 1), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Beyond. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Naming of the I Am a Singer articles

Hi, it's Lakokat on the Chinese Wikipedia IRC channel. In my opinion, the name I Am a Singer (note the capitalized Am) should be the best choice for the series of articles. I think it follows English Wikipedia's naming convention the best. You may want to take a look at Wikipedia:Naming conventions (capitalization) and Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Proper names for more information. Cheers, Lakokat 15:39, 5 August 2016 (UTC)

Ok, but please help checking https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_am_a_Singer_(Season_3) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_am_a_Singer_(Season_2) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_am_a_Singer_(Season_1)

This 3 page the heading, "am" still use small case letter, please help change to "Am". At last, please help delete https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_am_a_Singer_(Season_4) this page, I open wrongly. Thank you. Kty Dexter (talk) 16:03, 5 August 2016 (UTC)

Although I am the one who have suggested the use of Infobox but it is not intended to be used this way if it only shows the title. I would strongly encourage you to make the article more complete by adding a lead section and completing the infobox. Cheers, Lakokat 14:52, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

Now I only show a title because I want "I Am a Singer" is italic text first, after I add large of informations in I Am a Singer, I Am a Singer (season 1)... then I will do this. Thx. Kty Dexter (talk) 14:56, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at I Am a Singer (Chinese TV series) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Kty Dexter, your references appear not to support the content you are adding. One even requires a download to see the content. Can you explain how the references provided are related to the content? Tiderolls 16:26, 21 August 2016 (UTC)

Which references need to download to see the content? Kty Dexter (talk) 16:28, 21 August 2016 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Tia Ray

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Tia Ray requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Jake Brockman (talk) 10:21, 8 April 2017 (UTC)

I have added more information. And later I'll add more information.特克斯特 (talk) 10:24, 8 April 2017 (UTC)

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Tia Ray, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Jake Brockman (talk) 10:44, 8 April 2017 (UTC)

The article Tia Ray has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Jake Brockman (talk) 10:47, 8 April 2017 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on File:Tia Ray Singer 2017.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.

Template:Hunan Television I Am a Singer Contestants

Please stop the edit warring.

There are several facts at hand here:

  • the practises on Zh-wiki have no value of effect here. En-wiki is a separate wiki with its own rules, regulations and manual of style.
  • the use of correct English is required
  • details about the competition should be added to the relevant articles, not to a navigation template
  • please adhere to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Television

Thank you. The Banner talk 09:27, 24 August 2017 (UTC)

August 2017

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Drmies (talk) 16:59, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
