Your recent edits
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 22:25, 25 November 2013 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Jimmy Cliff, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Current events
[edit]Greetings. Thank you so much for your contributions to the Portal:Current events. Please just bear in mind that, in accordance with Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Titles of works, titles of periodicals such as newspapers, magazines, or journals must be italicized. This is an example of a correction I made in that regard. Also, please make sure to preview your edits before saving to avoid typos and other simple errors. Thank you. signed, Pat talk 14:45, 27 July 2023 (UTC)
Current events style
[edit]@أحمد توفيق Can you please observe the style used in Portal:Current events? You keep adding stories that end up being edited to make them adhere to the style. A couple example edits: (1), (2), (3). Please add a whitespace between the full stop at the end of the title of the story and the name of the newspaper (which should be capitalised correctly, Al Arabiya, Al arabiya) Oneequalsequalsone (talk · contribs) 18:18, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
- A typical example of someone fixing this: (1) Oneequalsequalsone (talk · contribs) 18:22, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
- @Oneequalsequalsone I'm afraid they don't seem to have heeded your advice, I just had to do considerable copy-editing on a multitude of blurbs they added. The Kip (contribs) 18:22, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
- @The Kip, Sorry my first langauge is not english so i just add some news that i found to be interesting and i know there is many mistakes and i count on others to fix it, if this is too much i will stop adding this news.--أحمد توفيق (talk) 18:33, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
