my article was written and approved by personalism. so true. why did you remove it completely?

Because, first, this is the English Wikipedia, and not the personal page of Volodymir Babayev, so that we decide what should be on the page and not him. We have a lot of policies about what should be in the article and what should not, which are accessible at the links in the teplate at the top of this page.
