This page is for reporting and discussing incidents that require the intervention of administrators, such as blocked users evading blocks. Any user of Wikipedia may post here. Please feel free to leave a message. Please make your comments concise. Administrators are less likely to read long diatribes. If your notice does not need the attention of people with administrator access, do not post it here.
Note: Reporting violations of the three revert rule should be done at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/3RR. To report vandalism, go to administrator intervention against vandalism, because you'll likely get a faster response there.
If you want to make an open informal complaint over the behaviour of an admin, you can do so here, but please only do either that, or file a RFC or RFAr, but not both. Please try to discuss things with the admin before bringing the issue here. Requesting that an administrator be desysopped is also generally a bad idea on this page, as desysopping is exceptionally rare, and is normally only a remedy in an Arbitration case, which cannot be started by posting to this page.
Please be aware that these pages aren't the place to bring disputes over content, or reports of abusive behaviour — we aren't referees, and have limited authority to deal with abusive editors. We have a dispute resolution procedure which we recommend you follow. Please take such disputes to mediation, requests for comment, or requests for arbitration rather than here. Please do not post slurs of any kind on this page, and note that any messages that egregiously violate Wikipedia's civility or personal attacks policies will be removed.
If you do post, please sign and date all contributions, using the Wikipedia special form "~~~~", which translates into a signature and a time stamp automagically. (The archival bot, which moves the oldest sections to the archives in order to reduce page length below 256KB every day, really needs the time information, and it doesn't recognize nonstandard, manually inserted timestamps.) Please note that signatures with heavy coding or exposition may be reformatted to make reading and editing this page simpler.

I'm not sure if I'm reporting this to the correct place, but Shougiku Wine (talk · contribs) is attempting to AfD Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Takeshima Islands (edit | [[Talk:Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Takeshima Islands|talk]] | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) as part of a POV dispute over whether an article should be named Takeshima Islands (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) or Dokdo (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views). The result of the POV dispute was the creation of a POV fork of the article. --TheFarix (Talk) 22:58, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, Shougiku Wine has clearly moved into the realm of personal attacks against those who don't agree with him as well as using racial language.[1] --TheFarix (Talk) 00:36, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
- Should be on /Incidents, but I've given 24 hours. Circeus 01:34, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
There he goes again. Is anybody interested in reading the whole thing? Circeus 21:41, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
- He has now resumed his inflamatory editing: [2], [3], [4]. I'm giving him one week this time. Circeus 15:16, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
- As amusing as this... Person might be, at this rate they are headed straight for a permban. Circeus 05:16, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- Well, he is claiming that you and Pilotguy are engaging in "criminal vandalism" for blocking him and that you two are "only crazy Korean-racism-sided persons" because you will not lift the block.[5] It's pretty evident that he is just trolling and that it is highly unlikely that he will straiten up after the current block is lifted. --TheFarix (Talk) 16:01, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
- That was getting way beyond ridiculous. I've protected his talk page. I'm willing to see if the current block is enough to poutrun his patience. By thattime, the Takeshima Islands AFD should have run its course too. If he resumes at that time, it's guaranteed permblock, or a least a pretty long block. Circeus 17:45, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
