• Content translation: It's spotty. First enable it in Preferences/beta. Then click on Contributions and it will offer some capabilities. I haven't mastered how to get it to find the original article, but eventually something clicks. It separates the paragraphs, one can click to translate each. Some just don't translation; not clear why. Here's the user manual.
