Tee Green, blessed with a four and a half octave vocal range, has been a session singer, solo artist and vocal coach for many years, singing for and working with some of our biggest recording artists and record producers in the music business including Stock, Aitkin & Waterman.

Tee initially gained recognition with his backing vocals and arrangements with East 17 on their first three albums and sharing the stage with Brian Harvey on the hit record 'If You Ever'[1]. This was later recorded by East 17 with Gabrielle singing Tee's original vocal contribution which reached number 2 in the UK single chart.

Supporting most successful pop singers stands their vocal coach. Behind; Worlds Apart, Atomic Kitten, Mis Teeq, The Saturdays, Alexander O'Neil, Kenny Thomas, Cilla Black, Peter Andre and countless others, Tee's vocals can be heard on albums with sales of over 170 million, backing artists such as; Kylie Minogue, Lighthouse Family, Lulu, Deuce, Will Young, Emma Bunton, Gareth Gates, Steps, Chris de Berg, Daryl Hall to name a few.

He has written for himself and others including chart success in 1997 when Tee, alongside Andy Reynolds, wrote for American Boy Band NSYNC their 5th single 'Together Again[2]'.

He has made it into the Guinness book of World Records [3]by being the singer who held the longest vocal note in studio recording history, beating all his predecessors, Barbara Streisand, Melba Moore, Johnny Nash and Bill Withers. The note was featured on the Benard Ighner classic 'Everything Must Change'[4]

Tee appeared with East 17 on their 'Steam' tour, provided vocals with the James Taylor Quartet and is a also good friend of former page 3 girl and hit vocalist Samantha Fox. He appeared with her in Moscow in 2019.

EARLY LIFE

Tee Green grew up in Leyton, London attending Leyton County High School for Boys and was a friend of Glen Adams, Glen's older brother Clive invited Tee to join the school band he was a member of named 'Island Rox' as their new front man. Tee ventured out to sing on stage with local legendary band 'Deep Feeling' who were the resident band at the Green Man, Leytonstone and pro musicians. Tee also fronted the short lived band 'Freeze Green' with guitarist Keith Waites, both went on to join Clem Curtis in 'The Foundations'.

PERSONAL LIFE

Tee was to follow in his late father's footsteps as a professional Bookbinder producing the highest quality work, his father's customers included British Royalty, Tee's passion for music governed his own career choice. Tee is a dog lover a family man and an advocate for Mental Health openly discussing this with the music press[5][6][7] in order to promote a condition that affects millions.
