Make the title of the "birth name" parameter in nowrap, or some other way to make it on one line. It looks strange to have it on two lines, as people rarely have names that span two lines in normal zoom levels. When you have a bunch of similar requests, it is generally better to post them somewhere centrally so each one does not generate its own discussion. Actually, editor Santiago Claudio, that "somewhere centrally" can be anywhere, even right here on this page. Template {{Edit template-protected}} has positional parameters, so it can be used like the following:
