Invalid date format

Since CS1 does not support onward-style dates, I deleted |year=2006 onward and added |accessdate=. Because the inclusion of an external link in |work= contaminates the COinS metadata, I removed that url. I added markup that tests for the presence of |id=. If present, the citation links to the article specified by |id=; if not present, the citation links to the url that was in |work=.
