Farnham Mires
- ... that there are only a few sedge-and-rush marshes left in the Vale of York, and Farnham Mires is one of them? Citation for Kirkby Wharfe SSSI: "The site is one of a very few remaining sedge and rush dominated marshland communities in the Vale of York, others being found at Upper Dunsforth and Farnham Mires"

- Hi Storye book, review follows; article moved to mainspace 2 January; article is well written and exceeds minimum length; article is cited inline to reliable sources throughout (I have assumed the notes are cited by the ref following them in the main text, or do they need an additional citation?); I noticed no overly close paraphrasing from the sources; hook is interesting enough for me and cited, I would switch it around so that the target article is mentioned first though:
- ALT1: ... that Farnham Mires is one of the few sedge-and-rush marshes left in the Vale of York?
- A QPQ has been carried out, no issues here - Dumelow (talk) 14:02, 10 January 2020 (UTC)
