Merger Proposal
[edit]Someone else suggested merging these two articles without leaving any reasons on the talk page. I'm just making a space for it. Elatb (talk) 15:00, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
- No merger. It's hard to justify one way or the other until someone goes out and finds sources (same problem with notability), but the camps are very separate entities. Voyageurs is not part of Lac du Bois -- they are both French camps of Concordia, but they have very different internal cultures, little to no overlap in counselors, and little to no overlap in villagers. They are parallel programs that happen to focus on the same culture. They are not duplicated, there is no overlap between the programs, they both are relatively substantial entries, and there is no need for the context provided by one within the other article. I say no merger is called for. Elatb (talk) 15:00, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
- If you feel that it is fine where it is, remove the tag. This might promote a discussion anyway. Cheers! --Stormbay (talk) 16:45, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
