@DachshundLover82: I decided to publish this draft, since Destroyeraa changed his mind and believes that it is ready as a Start-Class article. I agree as well. I feel that the article is close to the C-Class category, since it is still missing significant amount of information, despite the quality and coverage of the article. The article will probably need more expansion in the impacts section if you plan on taking it to a GAN later on, but I can help out with that this summer if you want.
