Forgot about Eight E and Hilary!
[edit]Please put TD Eight-E and TS Hilary on the timeline graphic; Eight E formed weeks ago it should have been put on weeks ago. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.16.56.173 (talk) 02:58, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
Merge?
[edit]I think this timeline should be merged. The season is too inactive to support one IMO. YE Pacific Hurricane

- How is this season "too inactive"? With 12 depressions and 10 named storms, this year's season was only slightly below average. Is consensus still opting for this page to redirect to the main season article? 89119 (talk) 08:40, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
- Average is 15 in NHC AOR+1 in CPHC AOR for a total of 16 storms. We are 6 storm below the average. YE Pacific Hurricane 15:05, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
- Striking past comment, I feel it is notable due to six Cat 4's. Thus, I self-reverted the merge YE Pacific Hurricane 14:26, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
- Scratch that, there were only 11 storms after all. l think very few non-El Nino years should get timelines in the EPAC, and I don't think this is one of them. YE Pacific Hurricane 22:25, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
- Anyone have another other thoughts on this? I don't see how this is debatable unlike 2005 (which has some justification, but still could be merged). As a counter question, what EPAC seasons should get timelines? YE Pacific Hurricane 23:36, 17 August 2012 (UTC)
