The relevant guideline explanatory supplement is probably WP:NMEDIA, and nowhere in this article is the paper established as meeting one of 1. have produced award winning work 2. have served some sort of historic purpose or have a significant history 3. are considered by reliable sources to be authoritative in their subject area 4. are frequently cited by other reliable sources 5. are significant publications in ethnic and other non-trivial niche markets. Mention is made of being cited by reliable sources, but where specifically, and with what frequency? --tronvillain (talk) 14:33, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see any coverage of the newspaper staff, history, or achievements anywhere in RS, so probably best to REDIRECT to Brandeis University. - LuckyLouie (talk) 21:23, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
