- @Doon500: - Looking at the image you link to, the primary difference is that the new logo is clear, i.e. not green, correct? - Dyork (talk) 15:54, 17 May 2022 (UTC)
Article needs clarity around history and ownership
[edit]In looking at this article today, it was very out-of-date. I've made a number of changes to try to get it more in shape. However, one area that needs some research and updating is the ownership. From what I can gather in quick research:
- The original Talenthouse site was created in 2009 and owned by "Talenthouse, Inc"
- In December 2019, a new company "TLNT Holdings" was created (press release) to merge together Talenthouse, Zooppa, and Ello (which was already owned by Talenthouse as of 2018)
- On 25 May 2021, an investment company New Value AG announced it was acquiring EyeEm, Talenthouse, Jovoto, and TLNT Holdings. (press release)
- On November 24, 2021, New Value AG changed its name to Talenthouse AG[1]
- In March 2022, Talenthouse AG listed shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange.[2] (also press release)
However, we need secondary sources to support this earlier information. Most all of what I can find is primary sources from the companies themselves. If any editors can find additional into, it would be great to improve the article. - Dyork (talk) 17:35, 17 May 2022 (UTC) Dyork (talk) 17:35, 17 May 2022 (UTC)
