Name and scope
[edit]First of all, I think the anglicized name National Television Company of Ukraine would be better for the main entry as this would make a meaningful title for the audience of this Wikipedia. We have been reasonably successful with anglicized titles so far.
Second, I don't understand what is the info on Inter and 1+1 doing in this article. Those are separate channels with separate articles. UT-1 can have a self-contained article if I understand this correctly.
Of course good work and thanks to the author. --Irpen 23:39, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
- I agree about the move to National Television Company of Ukraine. About 1+1 and Inter: 1+1 is on UT-2, it is, let's say, operated by a commercial studio, but it is still UT-2; the same thing is about Inter and UT-3. But if you think, we can delete it from there. --Seregelly talk 16:52, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for a great job, guys, this article is like five times longer than the same one on Ukrainian Wikipedia (which I will take care of, and I welcome you to do it too). I have a question: does Social Television Network actually mean Public Television Network? How do you say it in Ukrainian? --Cold starlight 13:23, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
- You are welcome. I think PUBLIC will be good. In Ukrainian it probably will be Телеканал Суспільного Мовлення. --Seregelly talk 09:55, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:News(ut).jpg
[edit]Image:News(ut).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
The result of the move request was: move the page back to the stable title, Suspilne, at this time per the discussion below. Dekimasuよ! 12:45, 13 July 2022 (UTC)
Suspilne Movlennia → Suspilne – everywhere in Wikipedia, Suspilne is used, the company itself also calls itself so: https://suspilne.media/246529-russia-invades-ukraine-live-updates-suspilne-30/+Block Baby (talk) 09:47, 6 July 2022 (UTC)

- Block Baby It was recently moved to Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine and back, so warrants a full RM. -Kj cheetham (talk) 17:20, 6 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Kj cheetham:, @Polyamorph: It was actually at Suspilne before the moves started, so this is just a request to return it to its original name, hence technical under "Requests to revert undiscussed moves". The person making the request did the initial move. I can see this being confusing because of the wording of the request though. Grk1011 (talk) 12:58, 7 July 2022 (UTC)

- Support. Moving this article reverts an undiscussed move. Grk1011 (talk) 13:09, 11 July 2022 (UTC)
