Removed 'Local Projects' section
[edit]I removed a section on local projects that described the local Stuart Island Energy Initiative because, though indisputably cool, it does not meet Wikipedia's standards of notability, and doesn't seem to be intended to benefit the reader so much as benefit the Energy Initiative itself. If anyone wants to talk this out, please feel free to post a message on my userpage. Jtmorgan (talk) 16:20, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
Confusing statement about census information
[edit]The statement in the lead about the 2000 census population is confusing. It states parenthetically that the census data is erroneous, but does not explain the error or attempt to provide a correct figure. Also, the reference link to the census site is broken.
Possibly the issue is most easily resolved by including the 2010 Census figures?W.stanovsky (talk) 18:28, 31 May 2012 (UTC)
