Copyright concerns
[edit]This article was tagged for copyright evaluation in May 2010. Investigation reveals that the external site, http://www.servinghistory.com/topics/State_Architects_of_Ohio, is a mirror of Wikipedia. In very small print, it says, "Some data may have been obtained from the State Architects of Ohio page on Wikipedia and used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License" Certainly hard to see! --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:15, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
I created the Wikipedia page from original records of our office. The work is completely original content and the page is the first appearance of this material in this form. I believe that there are several opportunistic characters out there that are co-opting the material. I do not believe I should be required to request permission to post content that I created from others that have stolen it from your Web site. I thought the entire idea behind Wikipedia was to be able to create such content for others to see and learn from. I can produce all of the paper government documents used to create the article.
