Hoax?
[edit]Google Earth shows nothing even vaguely resembling a launch facility at the location. Only a home with an above ground pool. The location also appears to be within two miles of an elementary school. - That's because the infrastructure hasn't been constructed yet; serious construction is waiting final environmental approval. The Vector-R launch took place from a temporary structure on one of the roads at the spaceport site.
