Map data

Used raw mapframe to display - while ideally data should be shifted to Wikipedia:Map data and Template:Maplink used this probably not appropriate as some of data was inserted for display purposes. Hack used to display data as approx squares as other point symbols not ideal and the inline GeoJSON is actually easy enough to understand.
