Contradictory information?

[edit]

The article states "On 2009-01-25, Shaun became the second competitor, after Tanner Hall, to win a gold medal in the Superpipe in consecutive years at the Winter X Games". But, in the "Achievements, recognition and popular culture" section, it states "He is the first snowboarder to win back-to-back gold medals in the Winter X-Games Superpipe." Am I missing something, or is this a direct contradiction? JoelWhy 2:59, 6 May 2009

I thought this ought to be answered as it has sat here for long enough. Yes, you are missing something. Tanner Hall is a skier, the claim is the first snowboarder. Suicidal Rat (talk) 22:06, 10 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The word “Olympic” is misspelled twice as “Olypic” leaving out the letter “m” in the paragraph on “2022 Olympics”. 192.230.189.240 (talk) 21:58, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Shaun White is engaged to Nina Dobrev. The engagement happened this month, October 2024. The sources are both Shaun White and Nina Dobrev themselves announcing the news October 30th, 2024. Vogue also broke the story here: www.vogue.com/article/nina-dobrev-and-shaun-white-are-engaged-inside-their-oh-so-new-york-city-proposal-story Shane The Stampede (talk) 19:29, 30 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. FifthFive (talk) 19:47, 30 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
