- Actually, the Sydney Morning Herald piece is a start. However, one sources does not an article make. (None of the other links are reliable sources.) —C.Fred (talk) 17:05, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
- Lampsalot, please see my response at Talk:Scene (fashion) or the message I left on your talk page. C.Fred, the SMH article was discussed in at least one of the (many) previous AfDs; if I recall it was the only thing even close to a RS found & is woefully insufficient on its own to support an article. --IllaZilla (talk) 19:19, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
- Also Lampsalot, you've now posted the same thread on 4 different talk pages. Please don't do this; it creates a completely disjointed conversation (as replies will be spread out across multiple talk pages). Please create only 1 discussion, in a centralized place (I suggest 2000–2009 in fashion, which is where these redirects all point to), then if necessary go to the other talk pages & leave only a brief note directing to that discussion. --IllaZilla (talk) 19:22, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
- Illa: I thought the AfDs had happened early enough that they might have pre-dated the SMH article. I agree that it will take a lot more than one RS to recreate the article, especially since there may be multiple AfDs, all showing consensus not to have an article. (That's why I have at least two of the variant titles on my watchlist.) I also agree that this discussion should be centralized; I'll say nothing further until there's a pointer to the cite of the combined discussion. —C.Fred (talk) 19:38, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
- The previous deletions span 2005 to March of 2010. Most of them are listed in the most recent AfD: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Scene (2010s subculture). --IllaZilla (talk) 21:16, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
