[edit]The official website no longer exists, and using the Wayback Machine shows no news posted since early November 2012. March 2013. I found a Facebook page, but no idea if it's official or a sort of fan page. 71.23.178.214 (talk) 18:01, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
I have stumbled upon this issue and cannot speak with authority. However, it appears that Republicans Abroad has renamed itself Republicans Overseas. Their websites are not up-to-date. Would like to encourage anyone with knowledge of this subject to sort it out and update the Wiki article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.50.32.155 (talk) 18:35, 15 January 2015 (UTC)
This is interesting. I had no idea such an organization existed. --24.177.0.156 (talk) 20:58, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
- Ralph Freund is just a guest at DLF. Their website says he's a member of both organisations: https://www.deutschlandfunk.de/vor-und-rueckschau.281.de.html . 46.114.142.177 (talk) 10:11, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
Is "Tina Chittom" really existing?
[edit]Since there's no organisation with the name RO, and since there's no "head" or "board" of it in Germany, I would assume that the so called "Tina Chittom"-person who performed in the German TV is a fake. No previous appearance in the web except a newspaper article relating to the last presidential election and her questionable TV performance with Lanz. No evidence in the web that isn't relating to this, no traces. Besides that no entry relating to her alleged profession of a translator. She has no entry in professional translator web-communities nor translator organisations. So - who is she? When you replay the video cast of her TV performance you can see that she isn't really discussing. She's acting like an actor: Saying sentences due and following to keywords, she's "placing" messages. And due to the fact that she has left no other traces besides that - no entry in Republicans Overseas websites or representations, where she allegedly should appear as a representative - she thus is a fake.84.191.96.51 (talk) 15:33, 11 October 2020 (UTC)
- This alleged "translator" is a disgrace to all REAL translators. 46.114.142.177 (talk) 10:07, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
How many members?
[edit]Does anybody know how many members this sect has? I wonder why almost every German talk show (radio and TV) is inviting these political clowns and racists (see above) at the moment. Totally incomprehensible, if you consider their YouTube account that had less than 10 followers and hits a few weeks ago, when I checked it. 46.114.142.177 (talk) 10:05, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
