Inclusion of Garibaldi

[edit]

Does it make sense to have Garibaldi on this list?

Other people who have been labeled proto-fascist because they shared an ideological basis with fascism include

In the case of Garibaldi the text only really says that he was looked up to by fascists/proto-fascists where, I believe, it would make more sense to talk about his political beliefs (at least if I understood the paragraph above correctly) and how they do (or do not if he shouldn't be in here) intersect with later fascism. 46.175.42.8 (talk) 17:44, 16 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Completely agree. Came here just because of that section. Unless someone can attest an (academically defined) link between Garibaldi's ideas and actions, and fascism, he has no place on the list. I'll remove him.

Enver Paşa

[edit]

Ismail Enver Paşa, he's highly nationalistic, authoritarian, corpratist, uses religion to justify his rule, has fascist takes about minorities, whole nine yards imho.

I would appreciate if someone added him. Gavv523 (talk) 21:27, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

They can't do that unless there are RSs. Xxanthippe (talk) 22:37, 13 May 2024 (UTC).[reply]
