Plant Distribution Categories

Question for @I dream of horses, why did you remove Category:Flora of the South-Central United States from the article? P. albidus grows in both Texas and New Mexico and I think that means it should go in that category. Per the guidelines at World Geographical Scheme. @MtBotany I started out this reply assuming I had to replace the aforementioned Category:Flora of the South-Central United States with the respective states, but after looking at that category, I've functionally self-reverted.
