Regarding the Jericho vs Owens stipulation that Jericho has to win the title to be transferred to SmackDown Live.
[edit]"Daniel Bryan’s music played and the “Yes!” chants began as Bryan walked onto the stage. Bryan said Owens will still defend his U.S. Title at Payback against Chris Jericho, and whoever wins that match will officially become a member of Smackdown Live." (April 11, 2017's SmackDown Live episode). The fact that it says that whoever wins that match will officially become a member of SmackDown Live could also apply that if Jericho wins by DQ or Countout that he goes to SmackDown and doesn't have to necessary win the IC Championship to move to SmackDown Live. Looking at the WWE link for Jericho vs Owens I don't see any mention in WWE's article that Jericho has to win the US Championship title to be transferred to SmackDown - 2A02:C7D:C28:4B00:31FE:7730:6BE5:AF07 (talk) 09:12, 30 April 2017 (UTC)
