Voice cast?
[edit]Did I miss something when I saw this short film in the theater before Wreck-It Ralph? There were absolutely no voices in the film, so I don't see how this short can have a voice cast. — KieferSkunk (talk) — 08:13, 6 January 2013 (UTC)
- Some one has to make those laughs. Nattywwc (talk) 05:07, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah, I got a chance to see it again this morning now that the short's been released on YouTube. No spoken words, but definitely some human sounds. More importantly, two of the three actors mentioned in this article are actually credited in the film. — KieferSkunk (talk) — 18:15, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
Does this count as black and white, when there is red lipstick?
[edit]In the title really. The lipstick of the woman is red, making her lips, and the imprint left on the piece of paper red also. Nattywwc (talk) 05:06, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
- This is a specific style of film, also famously used in Schindler's List, in which the film as a whole is presented in black-and-white, but where individual elements of color are shown briefly. I unfortunately don't know the name of the presentation type, but I do think calling it "black-and-white" is not quite accurate. I'm sure someone in WikiProject:Film would know. — KieferSkunk (talk) — 18:18, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
- I'd call it "monochromatic" noting the only splash of color is the red lipstick. --MASEM (t) 18:30, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
Too positive?
[edit]There are only two reviews on here, both very positive. Was this unanimous? Has anyone else reviewed this short (and do Metacritic or Rotten Tomatoes have pages for shorts)? I loved this, don't get me wrong, but this should be balanced. 174.255.16.63 (talk) 00:42, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
Anime
[edit]No one pointed out that this short was Anime, it was, the Cartoon was drawn in the style of Anime, IT is Anime! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.99.114.250 (talk) 00:43, 28 May 2014 (UTC)
- I disagree that the style is indisputably anime-like. And to be anime, doesn't it have to actually be Japanese? --Fru1tbat (talk) 13:52, 28 May 2014 (UTC)
