- It means "Five Lions" in Persian (aka Farsi). Also just to let you know the Tajik language used in Afghanistan and Persian written in Cyrillic script. --

[edit]This article contains some confusing text that was added in October 2015. Is "AminPanjshir" an accurate name for Panjshir, or is this just another case of WP:vandalism? Jarble (talk) 06:59, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
