Meaning of Panjshir

means five lions in what language? Tajik?Farsi?persain

It means "Five Lions" in Persian (aka Farsi). Also just to let you know the Tajik language used in Afghanistan and Persian written in Cyrillic script. --

"AminPanjshir"

This article contains some confusing text that was added in October 2015. Is "AminPanjshir" an accurate name for Panjshir, or is this just another case of WP:vandalism? Jarble (talk) 06:59, 28 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
