The number of victims is reported differently at various sources but the commemorative site (The number of victims) states 174 as the final number. Which one to use? A note might help to explain the different figures. Turismond (talk) 03:37, 12 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The article is wrong. There were not just 3 German war criminals held by Italy. There was a a fourth and fifth. SS officers Herbert Kappler and Walter Reder. Kappler died of cancer after being smuggled out of prison by his wife and son; Walter Reder was paroled in the late 1980’s and died in Germany in the 1990’s. 2600:1003:B123:C413:2975:1FE4:F69:F1A1 (talk) 22:29, 3 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
