May 5 poll

[edit]

@Carmon456, you added some results that I can't find in the reference. Where did you get this info? Do you have another reference for that?

Edit request to graph

[edit]

Hello. Someone appears to have vandalized the graph for the page. Yesterday, the graph depicted National Unity with a large lead. Now Likuid is in the lead and quite a large one. Only a single polling firm has ever depicted Likuid in the lead and something is very wrong. I ask that the graph be fixed immediately, since this appears to be an act of vandalism. Here it is. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e1/Opinion_polls_Israel_2026.svg https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/archive/e/e1/20240702110540%21Opinion_polls_Israel_2026.svg https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Opinion_polls_Israel_2026.svg#filehistory

The user changed the graph drastically in response to a polling firm that is the only one that has depicted Likuid leading at all in any situations, everything else depicts National Unity winning. And given that this poll is created by a channel that is overwhelming for Israeli conservatism, it cannot be considered fair and impartial. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Channel_14_(Israel) I ask that the graph be immediately put back to its April revision since the new one does not reflect reality. Empty row for new scenario poll

[edit]

Hi @Sutapurachina, the first row of the new Kan 11 scenario poll is empty. Is that intentional? Misha Wolf (talk) 13:24, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, indeed it is. The poll was posted with only the scenario poll attached. Since there have been similar scenario polls stylized in the same way, that is how I chose to do it as well. Sutapurachina (talk) 22:00, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Scenario poll years

[edit]

Hi @Sutapurachina and others, it would be helpful if all poll dates included the year except where this is made clear by a heading (as is the case in the main table). Thanks Misha Wolf (talk) 13:27, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Should New Hope be counted in the Government Bloc going forward?

[edit]

Sa'ar recently rejoined the government. Unlike after October 7, which was an emergency unity government, this seems to be a more substantial rapprochement with Netanyahu and burning of bridges with the opposition (https://www.timesofisrael.com/as-he-officially-rejoins-government-saar-blasts-opposition-for-living-in-oct-6/). It seems to me that for future polls, New Hope should be included in the government column, even though we didn't do that for the previous unity government. That makes sense to me. David O. Johnson (talk) 00:22, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've gone ahead and made the changes. David O. Johnson (talk) 05:59, 3 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
