SAS

[edit]

SAS currently links to a dab page; I would guess that it should go to Special Air Service of New Zealand. Can someone who knows about this fix the link? --Pagrashtak 23:07, 19 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Casualties

[edit]

Were the Axis losses really that low? Jmosman 13:55, 10 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm rollingback, I'd like some sources cited before any figures are changed. Oberiko 23:46, 10 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Count

[edit]

The text says "seven motor torpedo boats" were lost, but the info box says "4 MTBs" and "2 MLs" which only make six.

Which is correct?

Citations

[edit]

Added cites from the OH and replaced a couple of interweb cites; all paragraphs now have at least one citation. Keith-264 (talk) 10:53, 25 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I've done as much as I can without an extensive rewrite and am pressed for time so that will have to wait. Regards Keith-264 (talk) 16:56, 26 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ju88

[edit]

@DagosNavy: Have you a source for that? Regards Keith-264 (talk) 16:37, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

checkY Done. A typical case of "I have read it somewhere..." Best regards.----Darius (talk) 23:36, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Strength ?

[edit]

30 Germans / 30 German Guns - eh ? 30 Germans served 30 guns, or what ? Nobody noticed that, besides, also casualty number for Germans seems not that credible. --213.172.123.242 (talk) 22:15, 29 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information lacking ?

[edit]

How far was Tobruk port behind Axis lines, or what time exactly landing attempts were made. "Night of 13./14. September" is a bit foggy information. --213.172.123.242 (talk) 22:17, 29 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Fns

[edit]

Homogenised them as sfns and tidied up editions of volumes. Regards Keith-264 (talk) 08:38, 1 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
