I am moving this article back to "Observatory Circle (neighborhood)." I understand the consistency argument, but the problem with calling this article "Observatory Circle, Washington, D.C." is that it doesn't disambiguate. Observatory Circle is also in Washington, D.C. --D. Monack | talk 13:04, 1 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
