Location
[edit]I'm not sure about the claim that NinjaBee and Wahoo Studios are located in Orem, UT. I understand that this may be the corporate address, but is NinjaBee considered to be located at the corporate mailing address, or the location where they have their actual staff? According to a NinjaBee employee, both companies employees are "almost entirely in one office in Pleasant Grove, UT, which is about 45 minutes south of Salt Lake City". See the "References" in the article. -- Slordak 16:09, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
We used to be in Pleasant Grove, but we moved (everyone) to Orem, so I'm sure that old reference was correct at the time, but Orem is correct now. --Stay 00:56, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
Merge?
[edit]Should this article be merged with Wahoo Studios, since they seem to be essentially the same company, just with different labels/brands? If they employee the same people and occupy the same offices, it doesn't seem to make much sense to try and maintain two separate articles. --Slordak 18:23, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
I admit my biased nature, since I work for NinjaBee, but I would argue this:
If these articles were only about the grouping of people, I'd agree and say they should be one merged article. But since they could cover development/publishing efforts and history, purpose and focus of the company, notable references from other sources, sales and marketing efforts, etc., I think they should stay separate, since each of these is different between the two names. For instance, Xbox Live Arcade players (we hope) know who NinjaBee is, but generally haven't heard of Wahoo Studios. As another instance, NinjaBee sells games directly to customers and maintains a site to support this effort, but Wahoo Studios does only contract work, not sales. In any case, thanks for listening to my point of view. It seems appropriate for me NOT to make heavy edits to this article. :) Stay 01:32, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
