[edit]I foolishly jumped right in on this article and failed to realize that Lord Bolingbroke already had a pretty substantial draft going (until I looked at "What links here" after I'd posted it). Before anybody expands the article substantially, it would be wise to check his draft (linked on his userpage) and make sure the info doesn't overlap.
