Page could use a major update

If anyone is up to the task, this page could use a serious refresh. This dataset seems to have evolved continuously in recent years, and now there are a bunch of different versions available.

There are some big differences between NHDv1 and NHDPlus v2, and NHDPlus HR. The distinctions are a little unclear to me.

It would also be useful to point out what the differences are between the data you can get from USGS and what you can get from EPA...
