- New enough, long enough, copyvio detected by Earwig, and the hook is sourced. 𝕱𝖎𝖈𝖆𝖎𝖆 (talk) 04:41, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
- @Stitchbird2: could you clarify what article you reviewed? Template:Did you know nominations/Alfred Fell doesn't seem to exist. Thanks. -- RoySmith (talk) 15:16, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
- Oh, this must be related to Template:Did you know nominations/Walter Fell somehow? -- RoySmith (talk) 15:21, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
- @RoySmith: Leomk0403 gets two QPQ credits from reviewing Template:Did you know nominations/Walter Fell – one of them is used here, the other is saved for some other time. theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (she/her) 23:27, 16 December 2022 (UTC)

- Ficaia, as part of a review, you need to check that all paragraphs have at least one citation. I’ve just placed two citation needed tags. And I assume you meant to say No copyvio detected. Schwede66 17:07, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
- Also, I don't think the hook's italicization is appropriate. Perhaps: theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (she/her) 08:56, 26 November 2022 (UTC)
- ALT0a: ... that one species of plant, with a name from the Latin for "danger", is endangered?
- Hello, I created this article on M. pansa subsp. praeceps, but I had not even heard of DYK until seeing this discussion. I have never reviewed any articles and I did not edit this page until now, so I don't know anything about the Alfred Fell page. Please let me know if you need me to help in any way. Cheers. - Why not aim for lead hook with a quirky caption; something like "Careful: dangerous plant!"?
- I did the Alfred Fell+Walter Fell nom, got u coveredLeomk0403 (Don't shout here, Shout here!) 10:14, 1 December 2022 (UTC)
- @Leomk0403 and Theleekycauldron: Any advance on the new hook? Kingsif (talk) 05:12, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
- The hook is technically already approved as an extension of ALT0, which was approved under Ficaia's review. The problem is the state of the article – if citations are not found for the unsourced paragraphs within a week, this nom should probably be closed. theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (she/her) 23:26, 16 December 2022 (UTC)

- @Stitchbird2, Leomk0403, and Ficaia: I like this one however we are not making progress with the fix. Schwede66 added two [citation needed] tags more than one month ago and nobody has addressed the issues. Can someone can address this so that the hook can run here? - Hm. New Zealand pretty much shuts down over Christmas / New Year. I've just fired off a few work emails and every single recipient had an out of office reply set up. Everyone goes on holiday and I suspect we won't hear anything from Stitchbird2 until early next year. I do happen to have her private email address and will try and get some action that way. Schwede66 21:54, 22 December 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry I hadn't realized what needed doing. I've reworked those sentences with "citation needed" and added 3 citations. Hopefully it's good to go now. Let me know if I can help further.Stitchbird2 (talk) 06:58, 23 December 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks @Stitchbird2: what do you think @Schwede66:? Bruxton (talk) 18:10, 23 December 2022 (UTC)
- That resolves the remaining concerns so we can restore the approval. Schwede66 18:25, 23 December 2022 (UTC)
